Desh Bhagat University’s University School of Law, Department of Computer Science and Applications, and Department of Information and Library Sciences organised an alumni meet on February 2, 2023, under the flagship of Vice President Dr. Harsh Sadawarti. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Zora Singh, Honorable Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University; Dr. Tajinder Kaur, Honorable Pro-Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University; Dr. Virender Singh, Vice Chancellor; Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice President of Desh Bhagat University; and the Guests of Honor of the Alumnai Meet, Mr. Harsh Kumar, IFS; and Mr. Gurtej Singh, Presiding Officer, Ex-Appellate Authority VAT Tribunal.

The alumni meet started with a welcome address by the principal, Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Chadha, University School of Law. During their meet, the alumni community shared their experiences in the outside world, which they faced after stepping out of the institution. Mr. Harsh Kumar, IFS, and Mr. Gurtej Singh addressed the gathering, which was very knowledgeable and enlightening. They motivated the students by sharing their experiences based upon their journeys from this institution to the outer world. With the various colourful cultural performances, such as solo performances, modeling, giddha, bhangra, a fashion show, and so on, the programme was overstated. In the organised meet, the alumni of all the faculties participated passionately, and the contributions of Dr. Anuradha Chadha, Dr. Pyare Lal, Director, Department of Library Science, and Mr. Gurjeet Singh, Department of Computer Science and Applications, were remarkable.
