It is a privilege to be associated with Desh Bhagat University, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, at an important stage of its journey towards greater global recognition and academic excellence. Having already attained the prestigious NAAC A+ accreditation, the University has demonstrated its strong commitment to quality, academic standards and continuous institutional development. As Vice President (International Affairs & Strategic Planning) my focus is to further strengthen DBU’s international partnerships, global academic collaborations, research linkages, student and faculty mobility, international projects and strategic initiatives. We aim to develop meaningful collaborations with reputed universities, institutions, industries and international organisations, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, innovation and global exposure. Our strategic priorities will also encompass global rankings, research and innovation,internationalisation, quality enhancement, industry-academia partnerships and outcome-oriented governance, aligned with the aspirations of NEP 2020. Together, with the collective efforts of our faculty, staff and students we aspire to position Desh Bhagat University as a globally connected, research-driven and future-ready institution of higher learning.
