Vision / Objectives
The Vision of SGRC are:
- To provide an opportunity for the students to freely express their grievance, with utmost anonymity.
- To set up mechanism for speedy & expeditious resolution of grievances.
- To provide an appropriate counselling to the students in the process of resolving the grievances.
- To promote cordial relationship amongst the students inter se.
Functions
- To review the complaints received by the SGRC.
- To follow the principles of natural justice in considering the grievances.
- To report with recommendations, if any, to Vice Chancellor of the university.
- To conduct the surveys to identify the problems of students and provide suitable
Procedure for Submitting the Grievances:
An aggrieved student can submit the application seeking redressal of grievance to the committee.
- The online grievance submits on University website.
- By logging student id & click on Grievance tab.
- Click on the link & fill the Google form as per the details required in the form with nature of grievance.
- Click on submit button.
- The grievance will automatically update on SGRC Google form & team will see and works on those grievances as per the grievance.
