School of Hotel Management & Tourism at Desh Bhagat University organized “Farewell Cum Fresher Party” on 9^th May 2024. The party was organized to bid farewell to the outgoing and also to welcome the first-year students. Students presented energetic performances ranging from Bhangra to singing, from engaging games sessions to comedy acts. The most entertaining was the musical chairs round. The highlight was the Mr. & Ms. Fresher and Mr & Ms. Farewell contest in which the students participated in the ramp walk and answered the questions of the jury.

Dr. Zora Singh Chancellor, of Desh Bhagat University was the chief guest of the event.  He gave his blessings to the students and assured the full support of the university to the students even after they had left the university.

Dr. Tajinder Kaur Pro-Chancellor of the university encouraged the students to follow the discipline they have learnt during their studies and motivated them to never comprise with the principles and abide by the moral values.
