Aaghaaz-a fresher’s party for new students at Desh Bhagat University
A Fresher Party called “Aaghaaz” was Organize for B.Sc. Nursing 1st and 3rd semesters by B.Sc. Nursing 3rd year students at the Faculty of Nursing. Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, under the guidance of Prof. Lovesampuranjot Kaur, Director of the Faculty of Nursing (officiating). On this occasion. Dr. Zora Singh. Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, Pro Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur, and Dr. Virinder Singh, Vice Chancellor, were the chief guests. A lamp-lighting ceremony was inaugurate by all the dignitaries and faculty members of the nursing department. Students of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM performed various cultural activities, modeling, and games.
A valuable speech was delivered by Prof. Lovesampuranjot who encouraged students to exert themselves & consistently apply efforts towards achieving a goal. On this fresher party student from B.Sc1stsemester Ms Amritpal Kaur titled as Ms. Fresher, Mr. zand Mr. Nitish titled as Mr. fresher, Mr. Harish titled as Mr. Handsome, Ms. Jashanpreet Kaur titled as Ms. Beautiful. At the end of this occasion, a vote of thanks was give by Ms. Gurwinder Kaur, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing.
