The School of Business Management & Commerce, Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, hosted the National Management Day “Fiesta Corporativa 2023” in association with the Mission of Excellence Club. The theme of the celebration was “to inculcate corporate culture among the students.” Prof. (Dr.) Rajni Saluja, Deputy Director, School of Business Management and Commerce, delivered the welcome remarks and dwelt on the importance of management in all spheres of life. Students made presentations and made innovative products from waste materials. Every student did their best.

This mega-event was inaugurate by the eminent chief guest Hon’ble Chancellor. Dr. Zora Singh, and the special guest. Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur. They inaugurated the business lab as well as the e-newsletter “Corporate Splash” on this great day. The chief guest was welcome by Deputy Director. Dr. Rajni Saluja

The programme was anchore by Nelson of MBA Sem II and Rajan of MBA Sem IV. There was a colourful welcome, followed by various activities. Judges for the competitions came from a variety of academic departments. The Chief Guest of the Day gave his blessings to the students and also shed light on the importance of management and the actual meaning of management. At the end a vote of thanks was give by Ms. Kirti Sharma, assistant professor of the Department of Business Management and Commerce. Ms. Kirti Sharma and Dr. Ramanjeet Kaur, both faculty members in the Department of Business Management and Commerce, served as event coordinators.
