Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Analysis:
Qualitative analysis of various inorganic compounds on the basis of volumetric titration methods. Perform identification test of various compounds. Qualitative analysis of various organic compounds. Quantitative analysis of various drugs using advanced instruments.
Pharmaceutics Lab :
Preparation and evaluation of various dosage forms like solid, liquid and semi-solid dosage forms. Study of physicochemical properties of drug molecules to design dosage form.
Pharmacology:
Demonstration and practical labs related to isolation of different organs/Tissues from laboratory animals by simulated experiments. Determination of toxicological parameters using simulated experiments.
Pharmacognosy:
The recognition of medicinal plants, identification of adulteration and Contamination. Demonstration and practical labs related to extraction, isolation and identification of phytoconstituents. Preparation and evaluation of various herbal formulations.
Computer Lab:
Training to work with word, excel, PowerPoint. Design and develop solutions to analyze pharmaceutical problems using computers.
Pharmacy Practice:
Various apparatus like glucometer, BP apparatus, stethoscope, First aid box etc are present in Pharmacy Practice.
Machine Room:
Various instruments involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing process are present in machine room like tablet punching machine, Coating machine, Double cone blender, Ointment filling and sealing machine, Ampoule filling and sealing machine etc. which are used in various experiments of Pharmaceutics and Herbal Drug Technology.
Anatomy and Physiology Lab
The Lab is well designed to enable the students to understand the anatomy of human body with the help of 3-D models of human organs, fully functional articulating skeleton, Lab Charts and tissue slides. Young pharmacy students conduct experiments for determining various physiological parameters with the help of cover space equipment’s like Spirometer, Nerve Stimulator, Muscle Electrodes, Hemocytometer etc.
Pharmaceutical Microbiology Lab
This lab provides modern facilities including aseptic area for training in aseptic techniques, sterility testing and microbiological assays.
Instrumentation Lab
This laboratory is well equipped with modern and sophisticated instruments such as High- Performance Liquid chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Spectrofluorometer, UV-Visible spectrophotometer Eliza Reader etc. for analysis of bulk drug and their formulations as per official standards
Pharmaceutical Microbiology Lab
This lab provides modern facilities including aseptic area for training in aseptic techniques, sterility testing and microbiological assays.
Pharmaceutical Analysis Lab
This laboratory is equipped with instruments for the testing of raw materials, finished products and inprocess raw materials using electrometric and spectrophotometric instruments.
Organic & Medicinal Chemistry Lab
Provides facilities for training basic & advanced concept of organic chemistry and synthetic medicinal chemistry.
Pharmaceutical Biochemistry Lab
Various practical’s on analysis of biochemical constituents of body, pharmaceutical Formulations & drug products are performed.
Pharmaceutical Engineering Lab
Imparts training to students in pharmaceutical engineering and fluid mechanics.
Model Pharmacy Lab
Lab is equipped with various models, charts, sphagamomonometer, Haemocytometer, stethoscope etc. the instruments are used to check. B. P. Heartbeat etc.
