The MoU was signed in the august presence of DBU Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, and Eduintx representatives Mr. Shahul Hameed (Managing Director) and Mr. Khalil Rahman (Chief Executive Officer).

The collaboration focuses on delivering industry-aligned and internationally benchmarked global programmes.

Programmes under the partnership include B.Com (Global) integrated with ACCA, BBA-Global, M.Com-Global, and MBA-Global.

The initiative aims to provide students with international academic exposure, professional certification pathways, and improved global employability.

Eduintx Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as the Authorized Online Learning Partner, will manage academic and operational support such as student outreach, admissions assistance, mentoring, academic delivery facilitation, assessments, and placement support.

Dr. Zora Singh highlighted that the partnership aligns with NEP-2020 and DBU’s focus on global, competency-based, and industry-integrated education.

Dr. Harsh Sadawarti stated that the MoU strengthens DBU’s vision of delivering globally relevant, professionally integrated, and future-ready education from India to the world.

Desh Bhagat University (DBU), Punjab, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eduintx Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Kerala, to strengthen its global academic portfolio through industry-aligned and internationally benchmarked programmes. Under this collaboration, DBU will offer global programmes such as B.Com (Global) integrated with ACCA, BBA-Global, M.Com-Global, and MBA-Global, aimed at providing students with international exposure, professional certification pathways, and enhanced employability. Eduintx, as the Authorized Online Learning Partner, will support comprehensive academic and operational services including admissions, mentoring, academic delivery, assessments, and placements.
