Mandi Gobindgarh, February 27:
The 4th International North Zone Symposium of Anatomy-2025, organized by the Department of Anatomy, Desh Bhagat Dental College & Hospital, commenced today at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh.

Inaugural Ceremony:

The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, and Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor.
Dignitaries present included Dr. Sandeep Singh, President; Dr. Abhijit Joshi, Vice Chancellor; Dr. Virinder Singh, Advisor to Chancellor; Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice President; Prof. Dr. Bachan Lal Bhardwaj, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Medical); Mr. Surinder Kapoor, Registrar; Dr. Sunil Malhan, Dean Academics; and Dr. Vikram Bali, Principal.

Chief Guest & Keynote Address:

Prof. (Dr.) Kanchan Kapoor, former Head of the Department of Anatomy at Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, was the Chief Guest.
Dr. Ajit Pal Singh, Organizing Secretary, delivered the keynote address.

Event Highlights:

Souvenirs of the 4th International North Zone Symposium of Anatomy were unveiled by the dignitaries.
Over 300 offline delegates and more than 100 delegates virtually joined from countries like the US, Canada, and Austria, and from over 10 Indian states including Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Chandigarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Shillong, and Madhya Pradesh.
