Placebo Club, School of Pharmacy, Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh in collaboration with NSS “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” has organized “Diwali Celebration” on 10 November 2023 (Friday). All the teachers and students were very excited on the day.

The department was decorated with beautiful display of art, rangoli and flowers. Students of all classes participated in various competitions like Rangoli making competition, Diyas decoration, candle decoration competition, dance competition and best attire competition. All the students participated enthusiastically.

Prizes were distributed to winners as token of love and motivation.

Dr. Zora Singh (H’onble Chancellor), Dr. Tejander Kaur (H’onble Pro- Chancellor), Dr. Sandeep Singh (President), Dr.J.K.Sharma (Director IEDC) and Dr. Puja Gulati (Principal, School of Pharmacy) were present there and gave their blessings and Diwali wishes to Faculty and students as well as motivated them for organizing such events.

Dr. J.K. Sharma motivated and encouraged the students for participating in the various activities by his motivational speech.

Dr. Puja Gulati (Principal, School of Pharmacy) also gave Diwali wishes to students and faculty members and congratulated and appreciated them for organizing such a beautiful event.

At last, everyone wished each other a Happy Diwali and the program ended.
