The Women Grievance Redressal Cell/Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), in collaboration with Hara Panjab Khara Samaj, NSS, and the Girls’ Hostel of Desh Bhagat University, organized a vibrant Holi Sneh Milan Samaroh at Mata Gujri Girls Hostel.

The celebration promoted unity, joy, and cultural harmony across the campus.

The event was graced by Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur, who extended heartfelt Holi wishes to all.

The Chancellor described the university as a “Mini India,” where students from Jammu & Kashmir to Kanyakumari live and grow together in unity and brotherhood.

The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. Arti, Member Secretary of the Women Grievance Redressal Cell & Faculty Incharge.
