The Department of Computer Science and Application at the university is a cornerstone of innovation and research. Whether it is programming, thinking algorithmically, solving problems through logic building or working on network administration and information security, the department does it all. Students here find a constructive environment that provides an intellectual outlet for scholarly work and appreciation of the theory in applicative research germane to the industry. The university offers highly sought after computer science courses like BCA-3 Years, MCA – 2 Years and PGDCA-1 Year.

PhD Compter Science
The Ph.D course work is framed to inculcate the research scholars with basic,
applied and instrumental knowledge associated with Computer Science
Master of Computer Application
BCA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or its equivalent degree or B.Sc. /B.A./ B.Com/ BBA with Mathematics at 10+2
Bachelor of Computer Applications
Direct Entry: 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board
BCA hons. (CSE) / (AI and Data Science)
B.Sc. Medical with Botany as one of the subjects or BSC Botany (Hons) from a recognized Institute/University.
The Department aims at imparting quality education and endeavour to extinguish the thirst for knowledge. The Focus is on theoretical and practical aspects of subjects taught viz., Distributed Computing, Information Security, Programming Languages, networking and database management, Software engineering, Operating System and other domains of computer science and engineering. The department provides extensive computing resources for research, innovation and entrepreneurship. Our curriculum prepares the student by providing a meticulous foundation in the discipline, exposure to emerging areas that are gaining wide application and relevance such as AI, Cyber security Android, Python and Deep Learning through elective offerings mastery of the concepts through projects and assignments, experience in real-world applications and practices through industry internships, experiential Learning, hands on training and Value added courses.
