During the National Chintan Shivir organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in Chandigarh, DBU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Social Defence.

The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Sandeep Singh, Hon’ble President, DBU, and Sh. Gaurav Rajawat, Director, NISD, in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Gulab Chand Kataria Governor of Punjab and Administrator,

U.T. Chandigarh and Hon’ble Dr Virendra Kumar Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, along with other distinguished ministers and dignitaries.

This collaboration aims to advance key national missions including Shiksha Se Samriddhi, Nasha Mukt Bharat, and inclusive skill development initiatives for marginalized communities.
