Aim and Objective:

The farewell party celebrates the achievements and journey of B. Pharm final-year students, honoring their growth and contributions while marking the beginning of their professional paths with gratitude and encouragement.

The Placebo Club, School of Pharmacy, Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, organized a Farewell Party to bid a warm goodbye to the outgoing B. Pharm 4th year students. The event aimed to celebrate the student’s academic journey, achievements, and memories, while acknowledging their dedication and growth throughout the course.

The farewell was marked by a vibrant mix of emotions, performances, and tributes. Juniors presented cultural programs including dance, music, and heartfelt speeches, expressing their admiration and best wishes for their seniors. Faculty members addressed the gathering, sharing words of encouragement, appreciation, and advice as the students prepare to enter the professional world.

The event served as a platform to honour the contributions of the graduating batch, highlighting their academic excellence, leadership, and participation in co-curricular activities. Momentos were awarded as tokens of appreciation and remembrance.

The farewell party was not just a celebration, but a moment of reflection and inspiration. It strengthened the bonds among students and faculty, creating lasting memories. As the final-year students embark on new journeys, the School of Pharmacy remains proud of their accomplishments and confident in their future endeavors in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Puja Gulati, Principal, School of Pharmacy, who highlighted the significance of the celebration and encouraged enthusiastic participation. The entire faculty and student body worked diligently to ensure the success of the event.

Prof. Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, appreciated the sincere efforts of the Faculty of Pharmacy students and applauded the initiative taken by the Placebo Club. He also extended his best wishes to the graduating students for their future endeavors.

Towards the end of the program, Dr. Puja Gulati expressed her heartfelt gratitude in the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of the participants, students, and faculty members. She also extended her warm wishes to the outgoing batch for a successful and fulfilling future.
