Desh Bhagat University has made a commendable contribution of ₹11 lakh to support the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Memorial in Lohgarh, Haryana. The memorial, spearheaded by the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Memorial Foundation Trust, aims to commemorate the valor and leadership of the historic Sikh warrior who established India’s first sovereign Sikh rule. During a formal ceremony at Haryana Niwas, Chandigarh, university officials including Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and President Dr. (Er) Sandeep Singh presented the donation to Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Power, Housing and Urban Development.
