“World Tourism Day” Celebrated At Desh Bhagat University
Overview The School of Hotel Management & Tourism at Desh Bhagat University celebrated ‘World Tourism Week’ with a vibrant series of two-day events, culminating on ‘World Tourism Day.’
Activities and Competitions On this special day, the university organized a variety of competitions, including:
- Mehndi Art
- Slogan Writing
- Poster-Making
Students participated with enthusiasm, creating mehndi designs and posters that highlighted the inclusive nature of tourism. The theme for the day was ‘Tourism and Peace.’
A special Bollywood Theme Lunch was prepared and served by a dedicated team of students: Amritpal, Harpreet, Mandeep, Charnajeet, Seema, Jaspreet, Yashpreet, and Gurdas.
