School of Hotel Management & Tourism, Desh Bhagat University in collaboration with Institution’s innovation council organized a “Workshop on Mocktail Making” on 3^rd April 2024. The main aim of the workshop was to skill students in preparing various classic mocktails. The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. A variety of classic mocktails were prepared like Mojito, Bloody Merry, Fruit Punch etc. The workshop was delivered by Mr. Rakesh Ahlawat. Mr. Rakesh explained about the various types of mocktails and methods of making them. Along with the students, faculty members of various departments also joined the workshop to acquire the skills.

Dr. Aman Sharma Director School of Hotel Management & Tourism addressed the students at the start of the workshop and said that the motive of such workshops is to instill the entrepreneurial mindset in the students. Dr. Patheja Director IEDC also guided the students about various handholding schemes available in the university for startups.
