Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College & Hospital, in collaboration with Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, successfully completed an International Collaborative Research Project titled “Development of Inventory of Diet & Dietetics from Vedic & Ayurvedic Literature.”
The project was funded by Global Services India & Canada.
The research focused on compiling and scientifically documenting references related to dietetics, nutrition, and food practices from ancient Vedic and Ayurvedic literature.

The initiative emphasized the importance of traditional Indian dietary knowledge in promoting health and preventing lifestyle disorders in modern society.
The extensive research findings have been transformed into a comprehensive academic book for research and educational purposes.
The publication is expected to serve as a valuable reference source for Ayurveda scholars, researchers, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals worldwide.
Late Dr. Deepak J. Tilak served as the Chief Patron.

Tilak served as the Chief Patron, while Dr. Zora Singh, Dr. Tajinder Kaur, and Dr. Rohit Tilak extended valuable patronage and encouragement. Prof. (Dr.) Abhijit H.
