About the Curriculum:

Prof. Satish Kumar Verma, briefed about the Curriculum which is one of the crucial aspects of teaching-learning process and he expounded that it requires regular and continuous assessment. He explained that the goal of an educator using Bloom’s Taxonomy is to encourage higher-order thought in students by building up from lower-level cognitive skills. Behavioural and cognitive learning outcomes are given to highlight how Bloom’s Taxonomy can be incorporated into large-scale educational goals or guidelines and can be used for NET preparation. Desh Bhagat University at Mandi Gobindgarh after getting NAAC Grade A+ has made all the required arrangements for getting proper feedback from students, teacher and employee on various curriculum related activities. He also pointed out that the stakeholder’s feedback plays a remarkable role in Curriculum Design and Development by providing useful insights for upgrading various aspects of teaching, learning, assessing and capacity for the NET exam. Designing and developing a curriculum from NET examination point of view demands proper need based inputs in proper consultation with experts.

The faculty and students greatly benefitted, and many were interested to know more about the subject.
