Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)

 

The BSBA program offers a comprehensive blend of theory and practical application that will allow students to apply their education towards existing career tracks and/or prepare them for entry-level positions in business and management.

This program is specifically designed for individuals interested in careers in which they will be navigating a competitive global environment, whether for a multinational corporation, small-to-medium-sized enterprises looking to expand internationally or for governmental institutions that deal with international regulatory issues or foreign governmental agencies and other organizations.

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)

The BSIT program prepares students to acquire knowledge in theoretical and practical applications in computer hardware, software, and information systems. Students participate in intensive computer laboratory assignments, become skilled in solving research problems, and conducting oral and written presentations.

As computer systems and networks become increasingly central to business, information technology professionals with the skills to install, configure, and troubleshoot these systems are essential for successful business operations.

Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS)


This program qualifies for the STEM designation.

The goal of the Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) is to prepare technical computing specialists. As such, the program provides students with a solid background in computing and technology in order to prepare them to work within business enterprises. On completion of the program, graduates will be able to identify and analyze critical technology-related problems. Furthermore, graduates will be able to clearly and effectively articulate their approach and findings to both technical and lay audiences in both written and oral form.

Technologists must be able to express themselves clearly and compellingly if they are to serve as leaders in business, government entities, and not-for-profit organizations. Thus, the program has a strong emphasis on the development and demonstration of the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats. Students are provided with opportunities in each course to develop and hone these skills.

 

Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT)


This program qualifies for the STEM designation.

The goal of the Master of Science in Information Technology is to produce graduates that are prepared to meet the technology and operations needs of modern businesses. As such, the program provides students with a solid background in both business and information technology in order to prepare them to work within business enterprises. On completion of the program, graduates will be able to analyze critically technology-related problems and recommend cost effective solutions to those problems.

Managers, whether their responsibility is technology or human resources, must be able to express themselves clearly and compellingly if they are to serve as leaders in business. Thus, the program has a strong emphasis on the development and demonstration of the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats. Students are provided with opportunities in each course to develop and hone these skills.
