The Yoga and Meditation Centre at DBU was started with a vision to provide an understanding of the importance of maintaining good health, both physically and mentally. It helps students and staff in keeping work life balance life and maintain peaceful living. The centre conduct sessions on both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga and meditation to educate students and staff about spiritual dimension of life and its effects on our lives.
