It is my privilege to serve this distinguished university as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor responsible for Research and Development, Research Degree Programs, International Collaborations and Partnerships, and Open & Distance Learning and Online Programs. Guided by the university’s strategic vision, we are continuously strengthening our academic and research ecosystems to achieve higher benchmarks of quality, innovation and technological advancements of national and international relevance.
DBU has nurtured a robust research culture that promotes interdisciplinary inquiry, ethical standards, academic rigour, and real-world impact. Our doctoral programs are designed to align with global academic standards, equip scholars with advanced research competencies, and contribute significantly to national development as well as global knowledge networks.
