Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Hon’ble Minister of Urban and Power Development, Government of India, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
Dr. Zora Singh, Hon’ble Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, was felicitated by Shri Manohar Lal Khattar for his generous contribution of ₹11,00,000 to the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Foundation Lohgarh Trust.
The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Tajinder Kaur, Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University; Sh. Ranbir Singh Gangwa, Cabinet Minister, Government of Haryana; and Sh. Kanwar Pal Singh, Founder Trustee of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Foundation, Lohgarh.
