The expression "Human rights" refers to the crucial privileges, like fundamental rights of freedom and speech, of each individual living on this earth. This ensures a man of his bona fide rights. One can oppose or struggle against any discrimination experienced in any capacity. Episodes like racial bias and partiality due to one's caste and religion were very general a few years back. Such social facts have triggered a gigantic aptitude for the specialization into the relevant stream among the law aspirants and numerous students have joined LLM in Human Rights Law. Nowadays, the attorneys, litigators, administrators, counselors and judges in various courts worldwide assume an LLM in Human Rights Law as a sophisticated feature of their legal career.
